Organic Rosé
Made from our Cabernet Franc grapes, this dry, delicate, salmon-pink wine is reminiscent of southern European wines meant to be enjoyed with a variety of summer harvest foods or sipped and enjoyed by itself. The colour comes from the grape skins which are left in contact with the juice for several hours just before fermentation.
Organic Orange
Orange wine is actually a white wine which has been fermented on its grape skins producing a deeper colour in the finished wine with some extracted tannins. In style, Orange wine is bolder than white wine possessing a nutty tartness and can be enjoyed with a variety of meats. Our Orange is made from skin-fermented Vidal grapes.
Organic Love Child
This sweet, dessert wine is a whimsical blend of our Cabernet Franc and organic black currants (from Quebec). Less sweet than our Icewine, this wine has notes of sour cherry and fruit compote and can be enjoyed with fruit desserts or try something salty.
