2018 Cabernet Franc – Certified Organic VQA

This Cabernet has a ruby red colour with blue edges and a spicy, earthy nose that makes me think of a forest floor. A wine with a strong structure that features lively, rich raspberry and blackberry flavours as well as a hint of pepper and subtle tannins.

This full and fruity wine is best enjoyed with pasta, steaks and stews, dark meat and Mediterranean dishes.
