Organic White Wines
White wines are made from the pulp and juice of grapes and are not fermented on their grape skins to prevent any colour extraction. The colour of white wines is not really white but can range from pale straw to deep yellow.

Organic Vidal
A very aromatic and pleasant wine with lingering, fruity pear, golden plum, peach and grapefruit flavours, a little gentle spice on your tongue, and a nice, clean finish. This dry and crisp white is an excellent choice when enjoyed with a variety of vegetarian dishes and also pairs well with fish, seafood, and poultry.
Organic Dry Riesling
Our Riesling is very aromatic with a flowery nose. This is a light and refreshing wine with citrus flavours. A high acidity and fresh taste allows this dry Riesling to pair well with salads, pork, Mexican and Thai foods.
Organic Chardonnay
This full bodied Chardonnay pleases with a light golden colour and a very fragrant floral nose. A well balanced wine that harmoniously combines fruity pear, quince and pineapple flavours and mineral notes. Enjoy with grilled seafood, roasted chicken, pork, root vegetables, cream based sauces and aged cheeses.
